Job Summary: Assist guest in the golf shop area

Essential Job Functions: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following

  • Check in customers and assign golf carts. Maintain logs
  • Assist pass holders/guest with merchandise questions
  • Cash out pass holders/guest and maintain and monitor the front counter
  • Ensure merchandise displays are maintained
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the pro shop
  • Handle customer service request of pass holders and guest in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist with merchandise inventory when needed

  • Must have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Can compute simple math and count change accurately
  • Knowledge of the game of Golf preferred

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in a customer service position preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift in excess of 25 pounds
