Line/pantry Cook - variable hourly position.


Prepare food according to food handlers guidelines

Label and date all food stored and rotate food as needed

Follow open and close procedures

Keep clean stocked and tidy work space

Communicate with prep cooks and wait staff

Reports to management when something is broken or needs repair

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.


Minimum one year previous cooking experience in a casual and/or fine diningrestaurant.  Fast food experience does not meet this requirement. 

Knowledge of cooking procedures

Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety rules for using it

Able to work all shifts and holidays

Ability to work in a high pace and hot environment

Must be able to multitask

Able to follow written and verbal instructions
